Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate daily cleaning operations across multiple residential or commercial sites.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met or exceeded.
Supervise, train, and support cleaning staff to ensure efficient and professional service.
Drive team members, supplies, and equipment to various job sites across Dubai.
Manage inventory of cleaning products and ensure timely procurement of supplies.
Step in to assist with cleaning tasks during peak times or staff shortages.
Maintain and ensure the cleanliness and routine servicing of the company vehicle.
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or operational concerns promptly.
Requirements:
UAE Driving License
- mandatory.
More than 3 years of experience
in cleaning supervision or facility management.
Fluent in spoken and written English
- required for communication and reporting.
Currently based in Dubai
and familiar with the city's routes and locations.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
Strong knowledge of professional cleaning techniques, tools, and safety procedures.
Excellent time management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays when needed.
Good physical condition to handle equipment and assist with cleaning when necessary.
Preferred:
Experience in the hospitality, Airbnb, or property management sectors.
Knowledge of basic maintenance tasks is a plus.
