URGENT HIRING!

The Cleaning Supervisor cum Driver is responsible for supervising cleaning staff, ensuring high cleaning standards are maintained at all times, and transporting workers, equipment, and supplies safely to various locations. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and driving skills.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: Supervisory Duties:

Supervise, train, and monitor cleaning staff across multiple sites or locations. Allocate daily tasks and ensure cleaning schedules are followed. Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with standards. Maintain discipline and a professional work environment among the team. Report staff performance and any issues to management. Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are used properly and maintained.

Administrative & Operational Duties:

Prepare daily/weekly reports on cleaning operations and staff attendance. Manage inventory of cleaning materials and request replenishment as needed. Coordinate with management to address client feedback or complaints. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new cleaning staff.

Driving Duties:

Transport cleaning staff to and from various job sites on time. Deliver and pick up cleaning materials and equipment as required. Ensure vehicle is maintained in good condition and kept clean at all times. Follow all traffic rules and ensure the safety of passengers and materials. Maintain a vehicle logbook and report any mechanical issues promptly.

Job Requirements:

Proven experience in a cleaning or housekeeping supervisory role. UAE Valid driver's license. Good driving record and knowledge of local routes. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Ability to communicate effectively in English. Physically fit and able to work flexible hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in housekeeping or facilities management is an advantage. Experience in both cleaning and transportation roles.
