This position is a full-time on-site role for a cleaning supervisor cum driver located in and
around Doha. Supervisor will work on different sites allocated.
Requirements:
Overseeing and coordinating day to day facade cleaning operations on different sites
allocated.
Supervise cleaning staff and assist with the cleaning.
Manage cleaning schedule and inspect facilities once cleaning is completed to ensure works are done to client satisfaction.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
Maintain inventory of cleaning equipment
Drive the cleaning team to and from site.
Ensure vehicle is maintained.
Ensure site adherence to Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines ensuring all protocols and processes are followed strictly whilst on site.
Communicate with office staff for any requirements, incidents.
Ensure service reports and invoices are by signed and delivered to client.
Qualifications and Skills required:
Must have a Qatari driver's license and local driving experience at least 2 years.
Any MEWP operator license advantageous.
Knowledge of facade cleaning or general Facilities Management cleaning.
Diploma in engineering / any other qualification.
Must be able to communicate in English. Arabic advantageous
