We are seeking a skilled

AC Duct Cleaning Technician cum Driver

to provide comprehensive cleaning, maintenance, and inspection services for HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AC duct cleaning, knowledge of HVAC systems, and a strong attention to detail. As an AC Duct Cleaning Technician at Hyperclean, you will ensure that clients' AC systems are clean, safe, and operating at peak efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform thorough cleaning and maintenance of AC ducts, vents, and HVAC systems. Inspect ductwork for contaminants, such as dust, debris, mold, and allergens, and implement proper cleaning procedures. Use specialized tools and equipment, including vacuum systems, air whips, and brushes, to clean ductwork efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization at job sites and ensure all work is completed to the highest standards. Troubleshoot and identify potential issues with HVAC systems, recommending repairs or additional services as needed. Follow safety protocols and ensure the proper handling and disposal of any waste materials. Educate clients on the benefits of regular AC duct cleaning and offer maintenance recommendations. Keep detailed records of services performed, including before-and-after photos, work completed, and equipment used. Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards for HVAC cleaning. Regularly maintain and care for cleaning equipment and tools.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an AC Duct Cleaning Technician or in a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience. Familiarity with HVAC systems, ductwork, and cleaning techniques. Ability to operate specialized cleaning equipment such as vacuum systems, brushes, and air whips. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service. Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to HVAC cleaning. Good physical stamina to perform manual labor, including working in confined spaces. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid UAE driving license is a must. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in HVAC or duct cleaning are a plus.
