Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage cleaning staff at different project sites.
Monitor and ensure cleaning tasks are carried out to company standards.
Schedule and assign duties to the team for efficient operations.
Safely drive company staff, materials, or equipment to and from work locations.
Ensure company vehicle (or own car if applicable) is maintained in good condition.
Assist in coordinating site requirements and report issues to management.
Follow UAE traffic rules and company policies at all times.
Requirements:
Valid UAE driving license (own car is an advantage, preference will be given).
Previous experience in cleaning services and team supervision.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Familiar with UAE routes, locations, and traffic laws.
Physically fit and able to support operational needs.
Good communication skills (basic English required, Arabic is an advantage).
Honest, reliable, and proactive personality.
