Role Summary
We are hiring a skilled Cleaner for a full-time role in Dubai to support daily building upkeep and sanitation. This role involves deep cleaning duties, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring facilities are safe and ready for daily operations or special events. Ideal for candidates with experience in industrial or commercial cleaning and familiarity with safety procedures and equipment.

What You'll Do

• Clean building floors using sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming methods
• Service restrooms and ensure they are stocked and sanitized
• Handle trash collection and waste disposal duties
• Use chemical cleaners and powered equipment safely as instructed
• Perform window cleaning, dusting, and polishing of furniture and glass partitions
• Report damages or safety hazards to supervisors promptly
• Assist in setting up furniture or decorations for meetings or events
• Operate safely around building utilities and equipment
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and requisition materials as needed
• Support pest control by applying approved sprays or fumigants as directed

Ideal Profile

• Minimum Secondary School Certificate
• 1-2 years of experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
• Physically fit and able to handle heavy-duty cleaning tasks
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Can work independently and follow both oral and written instructions
• Friendly and hardworking personality with a customer-focused mindset
• Willingness to comply with health and safety policies (QSHE standards)
