Civil Supervisor
Job Summary:
The Civil Supervisor oversees and coordinates construction, maintenance, and repair projects related to civil works. This role ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of workers and subcontractors on-site.
• Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
• Plan and coordinate daily work activities, assigning tasks to team members.
• Monitor work progress to ensure it aligns with the project schedule.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications.
• Ensure all on-site personnel adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
• Monitor and control the use of materials and equipment.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in a civil supervision role, preferably in construction or facilities management.
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and documents.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
