is urgently seeking a dedicated and experienced

Civil Site Foreman or Supervisor

to join our ground-mounted Solar PV project in the UAE. This is a practical role focused on immediate site supervision and workforce training.

The Role

We need a hands-on individual to supervise the labor team and provide effective, practical training on essential foundation tasks for our PV installation project (which involves drilling and piling). Your core focus will be ensuring quality and accuracy in the basic civil works.

Key Site Responsibilities

Practical Training:

Directly train and supervise site laborers on the basic execution of civil works, including:

Accurate alignment and setting out

of pile locations and concrete pedestals. Basic procedures for drilling/piling and safe pit preparation. Supervising concrete pouring, curing, and basic quality checks.

Workforce Supervision:

Manage the daily tasks of the labor team to ensure efficiency and adherence to site instructions.

Quality Check:

Ensure that basic dimensions and alignment are within acceptable tolerances as instructed by the Site Manager.

Candidate Requirements

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of practical site experience in civil construction, ideally involving

concrete works, drilling, or foundation alignment.

Education:

A

Diploma in Civil Engineering

is preferred, but experienced individuals with strong practical skills will be considered.

Language Skills:

Fluency in Hindi or Urdu

is essential for communicating and training the site workforce effectively.

UAE Status:

Must be currently residing in the UAE and possess their

own valid residence visa

(or be sponsored by a spouse/parent) for immediate availability.

Remuneration:

AED 3,500 - 4,500

per month (all-inclusive site salary, reflecting a supervisory/training role). Accommodation and transportation are provided by the company as per SME Electromechanical policy for site employees.*
