:Supervise daily site operations and coordinate civil works (RCC, block work, plastering, etc.). Oversee workers (masons, helpers, etc.) and assign tasks according to project requirements. Ensure quality control and adherence to construction specifications. Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with engineers for project updates and resolve on-site issues. Monitor materials, tools, and equipment needed for construction activities. Report project progress and issues to the site manager or client.
Experience
Minimum Work Experience
: At least3-5 years
of hands-on experience in construction site management, especially incivil works
(RCC, masonry, and basic structural works).Experience in Specific Areas
:RCC Works
: Casting of slabs, beams, columns, foundationsBlock Masonry
: Experience with brick/block laying for walls, foundationsDemolition Works
: Experience with small-scale demolition of concrete and masonryShuttering
: Supervising shuttering/formwork for RCC works Experience managing small teams (masonry, RCC, and helpers).Salary
