CANDIDATES MUST BE IN ABU DHABI AND AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage site activities focused on the casting of foundations, walls, and other structural components.
Conduct site layout and verification using Total Station equipment to ensure accurate positioning of foundations, walls, and structural elements.
Coordinate with subcontractors, laborers, and site teams to ensure proper steel preparation, formwork, reinforcement, and concrete pouring.
Review structural drawings, specifications, and work plans before execution. Distribute work upon labor crews
Ensure quality control procedures are followed during all stages of casting (formwork setup, rebar placement, concrete mix verification, and curing).
Manage day-to-day site inspections and provide technical advice and solutions on-site.
Prepare daily reports on site progress, manpower, equipment, and material usage.
Conduct pre-pour and post-pour inspections with consultants or client representatives.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on the job site.
Communicate effectively with project team representatives regarding project updates and issues.
Assist in planning material requirements and coordinating timely delivery to avoid delays.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of RELEVANT experience in site supervision and execution of civil works in structural concrete works and finishes.
Must be familiar with Formwork systems for casting sequential walls at heights up to 10m+
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and structural designs.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Preferred:
Certification in Health & Safety (such as OSHA, NEBOSH) is an advantage.
Experience with residential or industrial projects.
