Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Civil Multi Technician for a temporary one-month project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of civil maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently, safely, and up to required standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform civil maintenance, repair, and installation works including masonry, plastering, painting, tiling, and carpentry.
Conduct minor plumbing and electrical repairs related to civil work areas.
Inspect, identify, and report maintenance issues in buildings and facilities.
Assist in general repair and renovation projects as directed by the supervisor or site engineer.
Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are properly used and maintained.
Follow health and safety procedures at all times during work.
Complete assigned tasks within the given timeline and maintain work quality standards.
Coordinate with other technicians and site teams for multi-trade maintenance support.
Requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Civil Technician / Multi Technician in UAE.
Knowledge of building maintenance, repair techniques, and material handling.
Ability to perform multiple trades (masonry, carpentry, tiling, painting, minor plumbing).
Good physical condition and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
Available to join immediately for a one-month temporary contract.
