The ideal candidate will be a qualified and certified Civil Engineer registered in Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all phases of project lifecycle - from planning and costing to execution and handover.
Prepare accurate project cost estimates and detailed quotations for clients.
Work closely with senior management to ensure targets and budgets are met.
Enforcing HSE standards and safe work practices on-site.
Ensuring compliance with specifications and resolving defects.
Represent the company in meetings, site visits, and presentations
Actively promote the company's services to potential clients and help bring in new business.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Certified and registered with relevant authorities in Dubai.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the Dubai construction sector.
Familiarity with Auto CAD

Labor Management
Communication and Collaboration
Strong skills in costing, BOQ preparation, and quotations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
