Job Title: Civil Engineer - Building Maintenance & Interior Fit-Out

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a

Civil Engineer

with a

Dubai Municipality (DM) license

and expertise in

building maintenance, and interior Fit-out works

. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and delivering high-quality civil and interior works across various facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Maintenance:

Oversee and manage

building maintenance, interior fit-out, and refurbishment projects

. Conduct site inspections, assess structural integrity, and recommend necessary repairs. Develop maintenance plans for civil infrastructure, including flooring, walls, ceilings, and structural elements. Ensure all civil works comply with

Dubai Municipality (DM) regulations and safety standards

.

Technical & Compliance:

Prepare

technical reports, risk assessments, and method statements

for civil and interior works. Ensure all maintenance and renovation activities adhere to

UAE building codes and safety regulations

. Provide technical support for

fit-out projects, structural modifications, and renovation works

. Work with contractors and subcontractors to ensure project execution aligns with design specifications.

Cost Estimation & Procurement:

Assist in preparing

BOQs, cost estimates, and procurement plans

for civil maintenance and interior projects. Source and coordinate with vendors for material selection and procurement. Ensure projects are completed within budget and timeline constraints.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination:

Liaise with clients, facility managers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements. Provide engineering solutions for maintenance, renovations, and facility upgrades. Coordinate with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) teams for integrated project execution.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

(or equivalent).

Valid Dubai Municipality (DM) license

for civil engineering practice.

5+ years of experience

in

Facility Management, Building Maintenance, and Interior Fit-outs

.

Strong knowledge of

civil maintenance, renovations, and interior finishing

.

Proficiency in

AutoCAD, MS Project, and other engineering tools

.

Experience in

structural assessment, repairs, and fit-out execution

.

Knowledge of

UAE construction regulations and safety standards

.

Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
