Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Civil Engineer

holding a valid

Dubai Municipality (DM) license

, with proven expertise in

building maintenance

and

interior fit-out works

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing maintenance and refurbishment projects, ensuring compliance with UAE building codes and safety regulations, and delivering superior quality civil and interior works across various facilities.

Key Responsibilities:Project Management & Maintenance

Oversee and execute building maintenance, interior fit-out, and refurbishment projects. Conduct site inspections, evaluate structural integrity, and recommend appropriate repair or renovation measures. Develop preventive maintenance plans covering civil infrastructure such as flooring, walls, ceilings, and structural components. Ensure all works comply with

Dubai Municipality (DM)

guidelines and local safety regulations.

Technical & Compliance

Prepare technical reports, risk assessments, and method statements for civil and interior works. Ensure maintenance and renovation activities adhere to

UAE building codes

and

safety standards

. Provide technical support for fit-out, structural modifications, and renovation projects. Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure work quality aligns with design and engineering specifications.

Cost Estimation & Procurement

Assist in preparing

BOQs

, cost estimates, and procurement schedules for maintenance and fit-out projects. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for material selection and procurement. Monitor budgets and timelines to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

Liaise with clients, facility managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide tailored engineering solutions. Support facility upgrades and renovation planning. Coordinate with

MEP teams

to ensure seamless and integrated project execution.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in

Civil Engineering

or equivalent.

Valid Dubai Municipality (DM) license

for civil engineering practice. Minimum

5 years of experience

in

Facility Management

,

Building Maintenance

, and

Interior Fit-out

works. Strong knowledge of civil maintenance, renovation, and interior finishing techniques. Proficiency in

AutoCAD

,

MS Project

, and other relevant engineering tools. Experience in structural assessments, repair works, and fit-out implementation. In-depth understanding of

UAE construction laws

,

regulations

, and

safety standards

. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
