Project Site Engineer - Experience in Interior/Fit-Out/Joinery works Only

Roles and Responsibilities

Must have experienced in AutoCAD, Primavera, Ms Excel and MS Project to Prepare Planning/scheduling and Quotations of the projects . Coordinate and manage all site activities for interior/fit out/joinery projects. Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and schedule. Monitor and control project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment. Supervise and manage subcontractors and ensure their work meets quality standards. Prepare and submit progress reports, change orders, and other project documentation. Manage and track project schedules to ensure timely completion. Review and approve shop drawings and submittals. Troubleshoot and resolve any site-related issues or conflicts. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and promote a safe working environment. Provide technical support and guidance to the project team. Must have experience of coordination with Mall Managements and Building Managements. Must have done projects like residentials, Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Retail Stores etc. Must have knowledge about authorities' standards of (DEWA, DCD, DDA, DM, Trakhees & DMCC etc). Handle authority approvals of local agencies and Coordinate with them. Monitor expenses and control the budget of the project. Preparing Cost variation report before & After Executing Project. Site Progress Checking & Quality supervision & Instruction as per company standards. Correspondence with client / consultants / subcontractors. weekly updates and prepare minutes of the meeting. Keep proper and updated records of site surveys, logs and report on daily activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must have UAE driving License Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in interior/fit out/joinery projects. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations. Certification in project management is a plus. Strong communication skills in English. Ability to read and understand architectural and engineering drawings. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. Ability to work well in a team and lead others.

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
