Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Project Engineer

to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in

acoustic solutions

or

interior fit-out projects

, possess a

valid UAE driving license

, and demonstrate strong project management and client coordination skills. This role requires a confident communicator who can lead site activities, ensure quality standards, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage acoustic and interior fit-out projects from planning to handover. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal departments to ensure seamless project execution. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications and safety standards. Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking milestones and identifying risks or delays. Solve on-site technical issues efficiently by proposing effective engineering solutions. Maintain organized project records including site logs, technical reports, and correspondence. Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline. Minimum

3-5 years of UAE experience

in

acoustic solutions

or

interior fit-out

.

Valid UAE Driving License

(mandatory). Sound understanding of construction practices, materials, and acoustic standards. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and collaborate across teams. Well-presented, confident, and able to work under pressure while handling multiple projects.
