About the Role
As a Civil Engineer, you'll play a key role in the planning, design, and delivery of complex multi-disciplinary projects. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, support junior engineers, and contribute to the development of sustainable and resilient water systems.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the design and delivery of multi-disciplinary projects in terms of preparation of Site Grading, Land Grading, Road layout inclusive of Plan and Profile of Roads. The design development will not be limited to Roads only but preparation of design report, fencing layouts and early works packages and demolition plans for contractors.
• Conduct feasibility studies, data analysis, and technical assessments.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in engineering processes and solutions.

What You Bring

• A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience (3-6 years) in the roads and civil engineer sector, particularly in Road Design, Land Grading and Early Works Packages.
• Strong technical skills in civil design and analysis.
• Familiarity with UAE Design standards and familiarity with ADQCC Standards and design submission to DMT and relevant authorities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive, collaborative, and accountable approach to work.
