Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced

Civil Concrete Foreman

to supervise and manage concrete and civil works at project sites. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in marine or heavy civil projects and the ability to manage teams effectively to ensure smooth site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all concrete works including shuttering, steel fixing, and pouring. Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Plan daily work schedules and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently. Check formwork, reinforcement, and finishing quality before and after concrete casting. Monitor concrete batching, pouring, curing, and related site activities. Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for progress updates and work requirements. Maintain records of labor attendance, work progress, and material usage. Ensure compliance with HSE policies and company procedures at all times.

Requirements:

Minimum 2

-4 years of UAE experience

in civil and concrete works, preferably with marine or infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of concrete work methods, materials, and quality control. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Valid UAE driving license

will be an advantage.

Education:

Diploma or technical qualification in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.

Pay: AED2,250.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
