We are looking for an experienced and hands-on

Civil Construction Foreman

to supervise and manage on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in civil works, the ability to manage workers and subcontractors, and ensure the timely and quality execution of projects in compliance with safety and project specifications. A

valid UAE driving license

is essential for site mobility and coordination.

EXPERIENCE IN DUBAI IS A MUST!

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for civil construction works (excavation, concrete, masonry, formwork, rebar, blockwork, etc.). Interpret and implement drawings, specifications, and project plans on-site. Lead a team of workers and manage subcontractors to ensure work is carried out efficiently and to quality standards. Monitor site progress, report daily activities, and escalate any delays or issues to the project engineer or site manager. Ensure all works are executed as per approved method statements and safety standards. Manage site materials and tools efficiently and request site resources in a timely manner. Conduct toolbox talks and ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies. Coordinate with site engineers, safety officers, and other trades. Assist in the preparation of work schedules and manpower planning. Drive to various project locations across the UAE when required.

Requirements:

Minimum

8-10 years of experience

in civil construction, preferably in the UAE or GCC. Proven experience in supervising site activities including structural and finishing works. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of UAE construction standards and safety practices. Ability to read and understand drawings and construction documents. Physically fit and able to work in outdoor environments.

Valid UAE Driving License

is mandatory. Basic proficiency in English /Arabic/Hindi/Urdu.
