Claywatt Construction is currently hiring a hands-on and execution-driven

Civil Site Foreman

to join our on-site delivery team. We are looking for an experienced individual who has successfully overseen villa and low-rise building projects in Dubai, with a strong command of local construction practices, authority standards, and site coordination protocols.

About the Role

As a Civil Site Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising site works, managing labour teams, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring that civil works are executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily civil site activities including excavation, foundation, blockwork, concrete, finishing, and structural tasks Supervise workforce performance, delegate tasks, and ensure timely progress in line with project schedules Ensure all work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, and consultants for inspections and approvals Maintain site logs, daily progress reports, and monitor materials usage and delivery schedules Enforce safety compliance, quality standards, and site cleanliness Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively, minimizing disruptions to progress Assist in managing manpower, equipment, and material resources efficiently

Candidate Profile

Diploma in Civil Engineering or related qualification Minimum of

5 years of site experience

in civil works, including at least

3 years in Dubai

on villa or low-rise building projects Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations, construction practices, and authority inspection requirements Proven ability to manage labour teams, interpret drawings, and maintain high safety and quality standards Familiar with site documentation such as IRs, MIRs, daily logs, and work permits Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi/Urdu is an advantage Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks on active sites UAE driving license is preferred
