Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage construction, renovation, and maintenance of real estate projects.
Conduct technical assessments of properties, ensuring compliance with UAE building codes and regulations.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure projects meet quality and safety standards.
Evaluate structural integrity, materials, and feasibility of real estate developments.
Provide engineering expertise in property acquisitions, renovations, and project planning.
Ensure adherence to environmental, sustainability, and energy efficiency standards in real estate projects.
Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and project timeline management.
Liaise with government authorities to obtain necessary approvals and permits.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
