We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced
Senior Site Engineer
to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a
minimum of 10 years of experience
in the
construction industry
, particularly in
villa projects
, and must be
UPDA certified
. Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred due to the nature of project coordination and communication requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities for villa projects.
Ensure work progress aligns with project schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and the project management team.
Review and interpret design drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
Monitor and control material usage, manpower allocation, and equipment utilization.
Prepare site progress reports and maintain documentation.
Ensure compliance with local construction codes and company policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
or a related field.
UPDA Certification
(mandatory).
Minimum 10 years of experience
in the
construction industry in Qatar
, with proven experience in
villa or residential projects
.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management and site supervision.
Arabic speaking
candidates are
preferred
.
Valid Qatar Driving License (preferred).
