. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production activities, site execution, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality facade, cladding, and aluminium works.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise production processes in the workshop and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Manage site execution, installation, and coordination with project stakeholders.
Interpret architectural drawings and coordinate with design and technical teams.
Ensure quality control, material planning, and adherence to safety standards.
Liaise with contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project progress.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or related field.
4+ years of experience in glass and aluminium fabrication and installation.
Strong understanding of shop drawings, fabrication techniques, and site execution.
Good communication and leadership skills.
