Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute civil and Landscape works for lighting and construction projects.
Supervise site activities to ensure work is performed as per design, specifications, and safety standards.
Review and interpret project drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.
Liaise with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and local authorities.
Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and project documentation.
Manage material requisitions and ensure timely availability on-site.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and coordination issues.
Coordinate with the design and lighting teams for site integration requirements.
Communicate effectively in Arabic and English with clients and project stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3-6 years of experience in civil or Landscape project management in the UAE or GCC.
Fluency in
Arabic and English
(spoken and written) is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of civil works related to outdoor lighting, landscaping, or infrastructure projects.
Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and technical specifications.
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
UAE driving license preferred.
