What You'll Do

• Lead the creation and execution of a retail-focused data and AI strategy that supports revenue growth, cost optimization, and innovation.
• Oversee a portfolio of AI and analytics programs, aligning them with commercial priorities and managing cross-functional dependencies.
• Drive transformation by embedding data-driven decision-making into daily operations and customer-facing initiatives.
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify high-impact opportunities for AI-enabled products, personalization, and service enhancement.
• Establish and enforce data governance and ethical AI frameworks to meet regulatory and operational standards.
• Act as the primary bridge between retail business units and technical teams, ensuring stakeholder alignment and measurable value delivery.
• Stay ahead of AI and data trends, guiding adoption of emerging tools and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Foster a culture of data literacy and continuous improvement across the retail division.

Ideal Profile

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Economics, or related field.
• 12-15 years of data strategy, analytics, or transformation experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership.
• Proven success in retail or similar sectors with complex data environments.
• Expertise in AI concepts including LLMs, ML, and GenAI, with a track record of translating them into business impact.
• Strong skills in change management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale transformation initiatives from strategy through execution.
