What You'll Do

• Lead the design and execution of advanced data science projects, including predictive modeling, AI, and machine learning initiatives
• Build and deploy data pipelines, backend models, and scalable analytics solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align data projects with strategic objectives
• Develop visually impactful dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Perform data mining, feature engineering, and statistical analysis for actionable insights
• Integrate advanced analytics solutions across business units for pricing, claims, and sales optimization
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance analytics and AI capabilities
• Drive continuous innovation through experimentation with emerging technologies
• Ensure data governance, model validation, and compliance with organizational standards

Ideal Profile

• Master's degree preferred; Bachelor's in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, and predictive analytics
• Strong programming skills in Python or R and experience building data pipelines
• Expertise in NLP, hypothesis testing, and conceptual modeling
• Proficiency in Power BI and knowledge of Alteryx or similar visualization tools
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure or cloud-based environments
• Strong storytelling and data visualization skills for non-technical audiences
• Business acumen with ability to translate insights into impactful business strategies
