Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Prior experience as a CFO or senior finance role, preferably with experience in accounting outsourcing services.
- Proven experience in financial management, strategic planning, budgeting, and compliance within the UAE.
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, and other regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
