Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, preparing high-quality dishes, and ensuring adherence to our standards of food safety and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook dishes within your designated section (e.g., grill, pastry, sauces) according to restaurant standards and recipes.
Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet established standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your section, including proper storage and stock control.
Assist with menu planning and suggest new ideas to improve offerings.
Follow health and safety regulations, including HACCP standards.
Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation during service.
Qualifications:
Culinary diploma or equivalent from a recognized culinary school.
Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in a professional kitchen, preferably in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
