Check-In Agent
to handle guest arrivals and ensure a seamless start to every stay. The ideal candidate is punctual, service-oriented, and familiar with Dubai locations and buildings.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival and conduct smooth, professional check-ins
Guide guests through apartment features, facilities, and rules
Handle key handovers and verify guest IDs and booking details
Communicate with operations, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to ensure readiness
Coordinate check-outs when needed and report any issues
Maintain excellent communication with the Guest Experience team
Represent the company with professionalism and hospitality
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, concierge, or holiday homes in Dubai
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus)
Familiarity with Dubai buildings and locations
Well-groomed, punctual, and customer-service oriented
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
UAE driving license is a
strong advantage
