Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Business Development Specialist

with a proven background in the

holiday homes sector

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, onboarding property owners, and expanding our portfolio of short-term rental properties. This role requires in-depth knowledge of the Dubai holiday home market, excellent communication skills, and a strong network within the real estate and tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and onboard new property owners interested in holiday home rentals. Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, investors, and real estate agents. Conduct property assessments and present tailored proposals to potential clients. Collaborate with the operations and legal teams to ensure proper registration and compliance of properties. Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and government regulations related to holiday homes in Dubai. Represent the company at networking events, expos, and real estate gatherings. Meet monthly acquisition targets and contribute to revenue growth. Assist in pricing strategies, profitability analysis, and portfolio optimization. Maintain a pipeline of leads and update CRM systems with accurate records.

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of experience in the Dubai Holiday Homes industry

. Strong understanding of

DTCM regulations

, property registration, and licensing processes. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Fluent in Arabic & English UAE Driver's License is preferred.

Compensation:

Basic Salary:

AED 4,000 - 6,000 (depending on experience)

Commission:

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality, or related field. Existing network of landlords and agents in Dubai. Experience working with platforms like
