Job Description

One of our clients, a leading Tutoring Institute, a KHDA-certified educational provider delivering personalized academic support to students aged 5-18. They specialize in English, Math, Reading, Phonics, Study Skills, and exam preparations, with a strong focus on the British, IB, and American curriculums.
Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Center Director to lead the daily operations, academic quality, and business growth of The Tutoring Center Dubai Arabian Ranches III Souk. This is a leadership role for someone with both a strong academic/education background and a commercial mindset, who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced educational environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 5-6+ instructors and administrative staff

• Oversee daily operations and ensure delivery of high-quality academic programs

• Drive new student enrollments and implement effective student retention strategies

• Maintain strong relationships with parents and oversee student progress tracking

• Ensure academic alignment with British, IB, and/or American curriculum standards

• Manage P&L sheets, expenses, and identify revenue generation opportunities

• Foster a positive, achievement-driven center culture

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of UAE managerial experience within an educational setting, leading a team of at least 5-6 direct reports

• Strong academic familiarity with one or more international curriculums (British, IB,

American)

• Proven ability to manage student enrollment, retention, and center performance

• Confident working with P&L sheets, expense management, and operational targets

• Knowledge of Math, English, Reading, Phonics, Study Skills programs

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field

• Must already be based in Dubai, UAE.

• Sunday to Thursday | 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
