As part of our strategic expansion, we are seeking dynamic Category Specialists to join our team and drive business acceleration across key product segments.
The Opportunity:
We are hiring for four (4) specialized roles to manage and grow our core categories: * Category Specialist - Stationery

• Category Specialist - Household Goods
• Category Specialist - Personal Care
• Category Specialist - FMCG (Non-Food)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets for your assigned category.
• Manage and grow existing business within a dedicated portfolio of over 200 sales channels.
• Identify and onboard new potential channels (retailers, wholesalers) to expand market reach.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with channel partners and key clients.
• Conduct market analysis to understand trends, competitor activity, and identify new opportunities.
• Ensure optimal product visibility, availability, and promotion at the point of sale.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, market intelligence, and performance reports to management.
• Collaborate with the supply chain and marketing teams to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

• Mandatory: 1 to 3 years of relevant sales experience in the UAE market, specifically within the Stationery, Household, Personal Care, or FMCG (Non-Food) distribution sector.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Valid UAE driving license is a strong advantage.
• Candidates currently in the UAE and available for an interview will be prioritized.
