Oversee daily production activities, from cutting and shaping to assembly, ensuring work aligns with shop drawings and specifications.
Conduct regular quality checks on finished products, such as cabinets, doors, or furniture, to ensure they meet quality standards.
Can lead, train, and mentor a team of carpenters and other production staff, delegating tasks and monitoring progress.
Can motivate employees and resolve any internal conflicts to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Coordinate with other departments, such as logistics and procurement, to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
Enforce all company safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Conduct regular inspections and basic maintenance checks on equipment and machinery.
Prepare and submit daily or weekly reports on production progress, material usage, and resource costs.
Accurately track inventory levels and document project activities.
