to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for supervising the production process on the shop floor, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery of joinery projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily production activities within the joinery workshop. Lead and coordinate a team of carpenters, machine operators, and helpers. Ensure joinery works are executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Monitor workflow and manage production schedules to meet deadlines. Maintain safe and organized work environments in accordance with company and regulatory standards. Ensure quality control measures are followed throughout the production process. Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions. Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and procurement for material planning. Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.

Requirements:

Diploma or equivalent technical degree in Carpentry, Joinery, or a related field. 10-15 years of relevant experience in joinery production, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory or foreman role. Strong understanding of woodworking machinery, materials, and joinery techniques. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and shop drawings. Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a workshop environment.
