Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, fast, and reliable Social Media Manager who can build and grow MaSs Production's digital presence across all platforms. The ideal candidate must understand the events & production industry and be able to create compelling content that reflects our work, capabilities, and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management

Develop monthly social media calendars Capture and edit photos & videos from events, setups, and workshops Create reels, TikToks, and behind-the-scenes content Write captions aligned with MaSs Production's branding tone Ensure constant posting (minimum 4-6 weekly posts + daily stories)
Brand & Portfolio Showcase

Showcase carpentry, production, fabrication, and installations Highlight event setups (furniture, shell schemes, stages, branding, etc.) Document before/after transformations Build the company's digital portfolio
Account Management & Growth

Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook Monitor audience engagement and respond quickly Grow followers, leads, and brand awareness organically
Marketing Support

Work closely with operations & production teams to get content Coordinate with designers for graphic posts Support campaigns for new services, exhibitions, and major events

Requirements

Proven experience in social media management (agency or in-house) Strong photography + videography skills Strong editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, etc.) Knowledge of events, production, or creative industries is a major plus Ability to work under pressure & deliver fast content Arabic + English preferred Must be based in Qatar
