Key Responsibilities:
Directly supervise carpenters, machine operators, and factory workers.
Assign tasks to workers and ensure work is carried out according to specifications.
Ensure proper handling of woodworking machines and tools.
Train and assist workers in improving their skills.
Identify production issues and suggest improvements.
Monitor stock levels of materials and tools, ensuring availability.
Ensure factory cleanliness and adherence to safety standards.
Keep daily records of production output and report to the supervisor.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum
3-5 years
of experience in joinery/carpentry.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and cutting lists.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
