Sealand Restaurant is looking for a friendly, attentive, and professional

Waitress (Ladies Only)

to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and ensure that every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience in a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued. Present menus, explain daily specials, and make recommendations when requested. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation and service standards. Attend to guest needs, handle requests, and resolve any concerns professionally. Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain smooth table turnover. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations. Handle guest payments and operate the POS system accurately. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a waitress or in a customer service role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance, polite manners, and customer-focused attitude. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ladies only, as per hiring requirements.
