Elite Clubhouse and Billiard is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Captain Waitress to lead our service team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and supervise waitstaff while maintaining the highest hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of waitresses and service staff.
Welcome and seat guests with professionalism and courtesy.
Ensure prompt, efficient, and high-quality food and beverage service.
Train, guide, and support new team members to uphold service standards.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a problem-solving attitude.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely service.
Monitor table settings, cleanliness, and overall service presentation.
Assist management in scheduling shifts and maintaining staff discipline.
Promote a welcoming and professional environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hospitality, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or captain role.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Presentable, energetic, and team-oriented.
Fluency in English required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
