We are looking for an experienced and energetic Captain Waitress to lead our restaurant service team. This position focuses on guiding staff, managing daily operations, and providing outstanding dining experiences for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and seat guests, ensuring a positive start to their visit
Supervise and support waitstaff to maintain efficient, timely service
Accurately take and relay orders to kitchen and bar teams
Ensure excellent food and beverage presentation standards
Address guest requests and resolve complaints professionally
Monitor guest satisfaction and follow up as needed
Keep dining areas clean and properly set up
Train new staff and encourage teamwork
Communicate clearly with kitchen and management to optimize service
Process accurate billing and payments
Perform end-of-shift duties, including stock checks and closing procedures
Enforce food safety, hygiene, and company policies
Participate in staff training and meetings
Qualifications:
Previous supervisory experience in food and beverage is preferred
Strong knowledge of menu items and service protocols
Proven leadership and communication abilities
Able to remain professional and effective in a busy environment
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
