Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, professional, and enthusiastic Captain Waitress to join our team. The Captain Waitress will oversee the service staff, ensuring smooth restaurant operations, excellent customer service, and high standards of food and beverage delivery. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression Manage table reservations and seating arrangements efficiently Supervise and coordinate the waitstaff to provide timely and flawless service Take and relay accurate food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar staff Serve food and beverages according to company standards, including menu knowledge and presentation Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and tact Monitor guest satisfaction during service and follow up as needed Ensure dining area cleanliness and proper table setups before and after service Assist in training new waitstaff and promote teamwork among staff Communicate effectively with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth operations Handle billing and process payments accurately Conduct shift closing, including stock checks and closing duties Uphold all food safety, hygiene, and company policies Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a supervisory role in food and beverage service is preferred Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus and service standards Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure gracefully Exceptional communication and customer service skills Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
