Waitresses
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.
Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
Present menus, explain items, and provide recommendations.
Take orders accurately and serve food & beverages promptly.
Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and personal grooming.
Handle customer requests, complaints, and provide excellent service.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service.
Upsell menu items, promotions, and special offers.
Process bills and handle payments when required.
Follow all safety, hygiene, and company service standards.
Requirements
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress (restaurant, cafe, lounge, club, or hotel preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, teamwork, and customer-first mindset.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Well-groomed and presentable at all times.
Basic knowledge of POS systems is a plus.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
