Key Responsibilities
Welcome and seat guests politely and make them feel comfortable.
Supervise and assist the waitstaff to ensure smooth and quality service.
Take and communicate guest orders clearly to the kitchen and bar.
Check food and beverage presentation to maintain restaurant standards.
Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional and caring way.
Monitor guest satisfaction and take quick action when needed.
Keep the restaurant clean and organized at all times.
Train and guide new staff to improve teamwork and service.
Coordinate with the kitchen and management for smooth operations.
Handle bills, process payments, and ensure cash accuracy.
Complete end-of-shift reports, stock counts, and cash reconciliation.
Follow hygiene, safety, and company rules and standards.
Join team meetings and training sessions regularly.
Qualifications
Experience as a supervisor or captain in a restaurant or F&B operation.
Good knowledge of food, beverages, and service standards.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to work under pressure and handle busy shifts.
Friendly personality with excellent customer service skills.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and different shifts as needed.
