We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented

Captain Waitress

to join a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel group in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment, showcasing strong leadership skills, exceptional guest service, and a genuine passion for creating memorable dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support waitresses and service staff to deliver outstanding food and beverage service in line with luxury hotel standards. Oversee daily floor operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and attentive guest service. Train, mentor, and motivate the service team to maintain consistent excellence in performance. Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner. Ensure cleanliness, organization, and hygiene are maintained across dining areas and service stations. Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and other departments to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. Manage table setups, reservations, and special dining requests to enhance the guest experience. Monitor service supplies and report shortages or maintenance issues promptly. Ensure adherence to hotel policies, safety procedures, and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Captain Waitress or Senior Waitress in a 5-star hotel, fine-dining restaurant, or upscale hospitality setting. Strong leadership, organizational, and coordination skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities. Solid understanding of fine-dining standards, menu presentation, and up-selling techniques. Well-groomed, professional appearance aligned with luxury hospitality standards. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an asset.
