We are seeking an experienced and service-driven

Captain Waitress

to join a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel group in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment, with strong leadership abilities, exceptional guest service skills, and a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support waitresses and service staff to deliver exceptional food and beverage service in accordance with luxury hotel standards. Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring tables are well-attended and service runs seamlessly. Train, mentor, and motivate the service team to uphold consistent service excellence. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene throughout the dining area and service stations. Coordinate closely with the kitchen and other departments to ensure accurate and timely order delivery. Manage table arrangements, reservations, and special dining requests efficiently. Monitor service supplies and report shortages or maintenance needs promptly. Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Captain Waitress or Senior Waitress in a 5-star hotel, fine-dining restaurant, or upscale hospitality venue. Strong team leadership and coordination skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Knowledge of fine-dining standards, menu presentation, and up-selling techniques. Well-groomed, professional appearance suited to luxury hospitality standards. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
