Seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Captain Waitress to supervise restaurant service staff. This role focuses on team leadership, organized operations, and excellent guest experiences in food and beverage service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and manage table seating
Oversee, support, and coordinate waitstaff for efficient service
Take precise food and beverage orders; relay to kitchen/bar
Ensure accurate, high-standard serving and presentation
Address guest requests or complaints professionally
Monitor guest satisfaction and follow up as needed
Maintain cleanliness and proper table setups
Train new waitstaff and foster teamwork
Communicate with kitchen and management for smooth operations
Handle billing and process payments accurately
Perform shift closing, stock checks, and related duties
Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and company policies
Attend staff meetings and participate in training
Qualifications:
Previous supervisory experience in food and beverage preferred
Solid knowledge of F&B menus and service protocols
Strong leadership and communication skills
Able to work under pressure in a busy environment
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Flexible availability for evening and weekend shifts
