Minimum
3+ years
of experience as a Camp Supervisor within theconstruction industry
Hands-on experience in managing2 or more labor camps
Strongcomputer skills
for reporting and camp management tasks Excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities Smart and well-presented personality with strong communication skillsJob Responsibilities:
Oversee daily camp operations, including accommodation, maintenance, and facilities management Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations Handle workers' welfare, grievances, and discipline as required Maintain records, reports, and inventory using computer systems
Coordinate with HR and management for camp-related matters
