Position Summary:

The Labour Camp Supervisor will oversee all aspects of employee accommodation facilities, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, maintaining high standards of living conditions, and supporting our workforce. This role is essential for our operational excellence and employee welfare.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day camp operations including accommodation, catering, laundry, and housekeeping. Manage staff schedules and ensure all services are adequately staffed. Ensure the camp facilities are clean, safe, and in good repair. Enforce camp rules and safety protocols to maintain order and security. Handle complaints or issues promptly and professionally. Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities and operations. Maintain records of staff and maintenance reports.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,800.00 per year

Experience:

Camp Supervisor: 3 years (Preferred)
