Key Responsibilities:
Daily Attendance:
Record the daily attendance of workers in the camp.
Employee Relations:
Help workers with any issues they have in the camp in a friendly and professional way.
Rules and Compliance:
Make sure everyone follows the camp rules and company policies.
Incident Reporting:
Prepare and report any accidents or issues in the camp in the office.
Safety Gear:
Keep track of workers' safety equipment and inform in the office when new stock is needed.
Supervision:
Monitor and coordinate workers' activities to ensure smooth operations.
Punctuality:
Ensure workers report to their duties on time.
Activity Reporting:
Inform your supervisor if any worker is idle or not active.
Discipline:
Maintain discipline among workers in the camp.
Recruitment & Visa Work:
Manage recruitment tasks and handle visa-related work like medicals and Emirates ID fingering
Stock Management:
Keep track of tools and other essential items and update inventory when needed.
Other Tasks:
Assist with any additional tasks assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements:
Friendly and professional when solving worker issues.
Good communication skills.
Must speak
Hindi
; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Experience in recruitment is an advantage.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic environment.
Salary Package:
AED 1,400 per month + commission.
