Job Title: Camp Supervisor (Labor Camp)

Salary: Staring AED 4,000 per month (depending on experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking a committed and experienced Camp Supervisor to oversee all aspects of our labor camp operations. You will ensure a safe and well-maintained environment for residents while coordinating between departments, handling logistics, and directing camp staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily camp operations including housing, cleaning, maintenance, utilities. Conduct regular inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues. Handle complaints, requests, and disputes professionally. Maintain inventory of supplies and coordinate maintenance schedules and services. Serve as the liaison between camp residents and management for smooth operations. Oversee hygiene audits, safety drills, and emergency response measures.
Essential Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in labor camp supervision within the UAE. UAE Driving License is mandatory. Strong leadership, multitasking, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse, multicultural teams. Proficiency in Hindi and basic English, Arabic is a plus. Basic computer literacy (MS Office); familiarity with ERP/SAP is advantageous.
