Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of
labor camp / accommodation
Ensure
cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance
of rooms and common areas
Maintain
room allocation, occupancy, and camp records
Enforce camp rules and maintain discipline
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security staff
Handle worker accommodation issues and complaints
Ensure compliance with
LMRA and local authority regulations
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly camp reports
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
as a Camp Supervisor / Camp Boss
Experience managing
labor accommodation
Basic knowledge of
MS Office and record keeping
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle large groups of workers
